Frustrated

    Do you ever feel so frustrated with one child so much you feel like throwing in the towel?  Well I do today, see she has decided that school is boring (all ready this school year) and she doesn't want to learn. 
    So today I threated to send her  PS and then I had to go back on my threat as she said "Ok but I want to ride my bike to school". like I will let that happen.

     Why do we have strong willed children? That is the question of the house today.  I need to take 5 and then start again.

Well we are now done with literature and history today so I will get off and see if science is any better, otherwise I think I need some character training done.  I don't know if I have the patience for that though

A little slow

Well it is hard to believe that another week is almost gone, and I still don't have a full week of school done yet.

I hope that I am not the only one having this problem....but I probably am or at least that is the devil telling me I am anyway.

Hopefully we will get started today and things will go good. My youngest seems to have a summer cold that hubby had a hard time getting over so I am not holding out a lot of hope for her.  My oldest doesn't feel good and I think it is tummy related, but he wont admit it (afraid I will run him to dr. and he is right I would).

Hubby is back at work after his dental issues, and hopefully he is getting through the day ok so that he will get back to us after work.

Wed. already

     I know that I find it hard to believe that today is Wed. already.
I hope that everyone is having a good week,  I know that mine is going ok.

I have managed to get a lot made this week (well since Friday anyway).
        apples canned and pie frozen
        dilly beans fixed
        salsa (hot this year since my little girl refused to eat it last year)
        spaghetti sauce
        pickles
                only have 2 cases of peaches to go.

Hubby has not been feeling good  so I took him to the dentist and he is getting major work done on his teeth.
      He thanked me like he needs to do that, for being a good wife and standing by him while he gets all this done.  I have gotten his meds., kept up with food for him and fixed it so he can play online while recouping.

It is only Wed. so far this week, what to get done the rest of the week?  Only time will tell.

Busy, Busy Day

So far today I have

•  gone to Walmart (ugh I hate going sometimes)
• got home and canned 15 jars of dilly beans
• now to get started on mango jelly (has anyone tried it I don't think I have)

I can't wait for school to start back up as I took a break for canning.  Oh well I had to get the rest of the school stuff together anyway
